Now in its 11th year, the “Understanding the Constitution and the Basic Law” competition is hosted by our Foundation, with title sponsorship from China Taiping. Coordinated by the New Territories School Heads Association, and co-organised by the Kowloon Region School Heads Association, Hong Kong Island School Heads Association, and the Committee on Home-School Co-operation, the initiative is proudly supported by the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau, the Education Bureau, and the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau.

• Graphic Design Competition for Parents

Covering secondary schools, primary schools, kindergartens, and parents across Hong Kong, the competition series promotes rule of law education at all levels. In 2025, marking the fifth anniversary of the National Security Law, the secondary school speech contest features a dedicated theme to deepen youth awareness of national security. The response has been overwhelming, with 350 schools and 18,000 students and parents taking part.
